Snowbirds

Greetings from Oliver! Our town offers so much for busy, active Snowbirds. We have a vibrant seniors centre as well as easy access to golf, wine touring, skiing, hiking & cycling. Oliver is also well known for its arts community which includes crafts, painters, spinners, potters & quilters.

*Pets are allowed in the campsite from September to June.
*Pets are not permitted in the hotel.

Suites

2012 rates

One bedroom $650.00/month
Two bedroom $725.00/month

Based on government regulations there is no HST charged on monthly rentals where the daily charge is less than $20.00. Our suites are fully furnished and contain all the essentials of a basic kitchen. We do not offer housekeeping services for our monthly customers, however, we do offer a weekly linen change. Monthly rental includes telephone, heat, light and cablevision. Pets are not permitted in any of the suites.

RV Sites

$350.00/month (includes your first $20.00 of power)
RV sites are available after Labour Day until June 15.

This monthly rate includes first $20 of power (1 - 15 amp and 1 - 30 amp breaker per site), sewer, water, cablevision and telephone jacks for you to hook up to. There is no tax on monthly rentals where the daily charge is less than $20/day. You are welcome to use the existing telephone connections to install your own phone but it may be more cost effective to consider the use of a cell phone. Small pets are permitted in the RV park and we ask that common "pet" sense prevail: picking up after your pet, etc. Excess power consumption will be billed monthly and is due at that time.

Deposits

We require $100.00 to confirm your reservation. Please note that we require 30 days notice in the event of a cancellation.

Common Room

We will make Suite #1 available for social gatherings (subject to availability).
